Youth At Broadview

Our Mission

To create a relational environment where students have the opportunity to grow in their relationship with Jesus and have opportunity to reach out to others.

The “for sures” in how we do this..

  • Regular & predictable weekly meeting place (the Church), times and cost (no cost)
  • There is always a chance to connect with peers and a chance to connect with God
Senior High Wednesday Nights

Grades 9 - 12 meet on Wednesday nights at 7:30 p.m. If there was school that day then there is Youth Group that night (based on School District No. 83 schedule). Every night there is an element of activity, worship and challenge.

One of the key elements of our group is our small groups; it's a spot to connect with peers and also finding a group to hang out with after. Oh and another thing... we like going on long trips together on the bus. West Ed. or Youth Quake (February 19-21, 2010) in Saskatchewan. It’s great way to get to know each other better.

The best way to stay connected with the Sr. High group is through Facebook, Youth at Broadview is our group.

Middle School Friday Nights

Grades 6 - 8 meet on Friday nights, at 7:00 p.m. Also if there was school that day then there is Youth Group that night (based on the School District No. 83 schedule). We have a Campout at Scotch Creek on the last weekend of September and a weekend retreat at Gardom Lake (January 16-18).

Small Groups are also an important part of our evenings, each person is a part of a small group.

Middle School Sunday School

Right now we offer Middle School Sunday School during the second service on Sunday. The Students are dismissing from the service just before the message.

Small Groups

Small Groups play a huge role in helping students connect with each other and leaders. It's easy to figure out which small group you would be in, small groups are decided by grade and gender.

We are always looking for adults who have a passion to connect and help out at Youth Group. If you are interested please talk to Daron or one of the leaders.
